In late 80’s , a healthy initiative was pledge by four sibblings from Madhrani family, the first generation entrepreneurship was an outcome of the efforts by Shri Purushottam Madhrani, late Shri Chellaram, Late Shri Laxman and Late Shri Shatrugn begun their debut with Saree trading in the name of Rajni Exclusive. The year 1978 saw the first ever beginning of the venture from Kalbadevi, Mumbai and the venture later expanded with it’s Surat operations.

With the time the organisation ventured out into manufacturing of fabrics for readymade and fancy women’s apperals. Now the torch bearing is with the second generation Leaders Shri Anil Madhrani and Shri Jitendra Madhrani who are striving very hard with their core team members to provide the best quality fabrics with latest styles and designs to the world. They envisioned their venture is now delivering their fabrics and textiles all over India & Export to many countries.
